Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes We fulfill orders through our global fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping) based in China. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Express Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders (including deliveries to South Africa) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
